Product Descriptions and Availability
Products on this site are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or decline any transaction until payment is processed. We endeavour to ensure that our product descriptions, colours and specifications are accurately described. However due to availability of materials there may be some minor variation in shade or trim which customers of GSC must accept. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to change or discontinue a product at our discretion.
Online Payment
We have opted for Google Checkout as our preferred secure service provider who offer the additional benefits of:
a) Remembering your account details for future transactions
b) Automatic email notification of order receipt, payment acceptance and despatch date.
Payment will only be charged if stock is available. If a product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with a revised delivery date and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.
All orders and receipted invoices will be despatched to the "Shipping Address" and not the cardholders address where this is different.
Forward Order Processing and Payment
Sales order confirmations will be issued. Payment terms are Net Monthly subject to receipt of satisfactory credit references. ie goods invoiced in one month are payable by the end of the following month.
New customers without references may be supplied on a pro forma basis until a trading history is established.

Returns
We try to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. We will refund in full goods returned, within 14 days of receipt, in respect of faulty materials or manufacture. Refunds will only be given after items are received and inspected. No refunds will be given in respect of damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ebay
Please note that it is our current policy not to supply Ebay shops.
If any of our products are found on Ebay our supply will be terminated immediately.
Retention of Title
Where customers trading on credit display persistent failure of payment, without notice, GSC retains the right to collect any goods which remain unpaid, in settlement.
Fair Pricing Policy
We have worked hard to promote the Pretend To Bee brand on your behalf, and as such maintaining the product integrity of the brand is paramount. If any customers are found to be severely undercutting our RRPs we will have no choice but to terminate our supply. Please help us to police this matter by informing us of any foul play.
